Global Adapt Method
Program Terms
These terms summarize the Global Adapt Method Client Agreement, which every family signs before the program begins. The signed agreement is the binding document.
1. Program
- The program lasts 90 days from the agreed start date.
- It includes 12 weekly sessions of 45 minutes each, online or in person as agreed.
- Between sessions, the student may communicate by WhatsApp during business hours (Monday through Friday). Messages received outside business hours are answered the next business day. WhatsApp communication is reserved for the student.
- Parents receive a written progress report by email at the end of each month, and a final report when the program ends.
2. Fee and payment
The fee for the full program is $6,500 USD, payable in full before the first session.
3. No refunds
All payments are final and non-refundable. This applies in all cases, including if the student stops attending, withdraws early, or does not use all sessions.
4. Cancellations and missed sessions
- To cancel or reschedule a session, at least 24 hours' notice is required, based on the student's local time.
- Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice, or missed without notice, count as completed.
- Late arrivals do not extend the session time.
- If Global Adapt Method cancels a session, it will be rescheduled at no cost.
5. Program period
All sessions must be used within the 90-day program period. Unused sessions expire at the end of the period and cannot be refunded, credited, or transferred.
6. Professional scope
Global Adapt Method is an educational and wellness-support program. It is not psychotherapy, psychiatric or medical treatment, or crisis intervention, and it does not diagnose or treat mental-health conditions. It does not provide legal, immigration, visa, emergency, or housing services. If the student's needs appear to fall outside this scope, Global Adapt Method may recommend that the family consult an appropriate licensed professional.
The program supports the student's development but does not guarantee specific academic, admissions, or personal results.
7. Parent communication and privacy
- Communication with parents takes place by email. Monthly reports share general progress, areas of focus, next steps, and ways parents can support the student at home.
- If a parent would like to discuss something in more detail, a short call can be scheduled by email.
- To build trust, the details of conversations with the student are kept private. The only exception is a concern for the student's safety or the safety of others. In that case, Global Adapt Method will contact the parents or guardians directly and, if necessary, the appropriate emergency services.
8. Responsibilities
The student agrees to attend sessions on time and take an active part in the program. The client agrees to keep contact information up to date and to communicate any changes that may affect the student's participation.
9. Minors
If the student is under 18, the agreement must be signed by a parent or legal guardian, who accepts these terms on the student's behalf.
